You can always do what others do if steam wont let you try and make a more friendly version, give a link to a discord channel and have a patch on discord to still keep what was original intended, too many Karens at steam atm just banning random shit, it used to only be kiddy or what could be close to it lookwise, but these days its what Old Karen 82 years old cant handle in her little head if you show too much boobs banned, too much legs banned, and still they actually got rape games on steam. Nobody really know why they ban some games any more its fricking weird.
I think it's because of the nature of the game, but I can only speculate, because they did not give me a reason. I'm guessing, it's because I'm positioning the game as a journey into depravity and they don't know what kind of sexual content would be added through the course of early access. I understand where they are coming from, but this whole thing is still stupid, of course.
I agree, and I for one would rather have your game on steam, instead of those games where you feel in the passengerseat and only get 1 pop up choice per ½ hour, they got those, and seriously they are a lot worse than what you have, due to them being non gaming experiences.
I for once love your game, I mostly for some reason enjoy being a female potaganist, eventhough I like playing games in the male role too.
But what stands out is there arent that many good female potaganist games around.
In order for me to find a game good it has to have a good story "and ofc must feel like u play the game", or have lots of good lewds, its usually the 2 things that will make we think a game was worth it. For games that have both well they fall into the game of a higher lvl and entertainment, and from what Ive seen so far your game is one of those from my perspective, good story great lewds.
Were it ever released on steam Id still buy it, would it be in redacted id hope, ud do as I mentioned or at least think about it, giving link to discord, and from there links to a homepage or similar that would patch the game back to non redacted version, its how a lot of creators get around the Karens of steam.
Thank you for your kind words, I'm very happy that you like the game. And yes, that is why I started making this game. I have also noticed that there are not many true female protagonist corruption games. Many of them labeled as corruption are not that, as the protagonists of those games are too willing to engage in sexual activities from the get go. I think there has to be some pushback from the main heroine to the sexual stuff other characters want her to do otherwise it loses stakes and becomes uninteresting. However, that is very subjective and I understand that many people like the instant gratification that these kinds of games provide.
Also, I want to assure you, that I will do everything in my power to get the final game onto Steam in whatever version I can. The demo is already there and that passed their verification, so I think I can make a version of the final game that adheres to their guidelines. It will be a long and difficult process, but I can definitely make it happen.
