Im gonna be honest here.
For fun, I'll say 2 stars. I had no idea what to do for most of it, it was kinda buggy, and I think I reached the end without knowing it so i ended up flailing around and giving up. Needs a way better tutorial. Also, imo, the keyboard controls are very weird. You should use space for jump and use the mouse for throwing or smth, or at least let players change controls, but this is just a personal preference.
I'd say 5 stars for originality. I've never seen a game with these kinds of mechanics, and they could be used in really cool ways. Just needs a better tutorial/practice spot to learn them.
For how good the theme was incorporated, 1 star. The game has nothing to do with being lazy, except for you doing all the work for the cookie, in which case, cookies are non-sentient objects and you're basically going by yourself. All you really did is slap what appears to be a face on the cookie, and that's the whole theme of the game in one face. Otherwise, it doesn't really feel alive at all. It's a good game, just doesn't really follow the theme.
Lastly, it's nice to look at, i guess, 4 stars on that. Nice backgrounds and color scheme I guess. I don't really pay too much attention to how a game looks (unless it's impressive like truly) cuz i care more about the play and mechanics and stuff. Also, cool intro too.
All in all, it averages out to 3 stars. Good. 👍
