Soul leaving the body was a fun one :) I really enjoyed the game. Interaction with the objects scaring people was a great move. Well done.
Super fun little game! We had actually thought of something vaguely similar with one of our prototypes, but scrapped it. I love how you did it!
Love the idea, and the screams XD
Great work!!
Duuude! that was Evil😂
Nice job! Good luck!
If you do decide upload it as a web build comment back and I'll play it.
I've gone ahead and uploaded a web build as well. I've made sure not to change anything feature-wise - it's pretty much just the desktop builds, with a few settings stripped out. Let me know what you think, once you've played it :)
(All of the original desktop builds remain of course)
Thanks for letting me know that you uploaded a web build, I think you'll get a lot more plays now. Your team did a great job! Fun storyline, easy to understand controls and a nice look. Good job!
The game is really good. It moves very well, the AI for the characters is good. Your interface is excellent.
I just could not get them to flee. I clicked on each one a million times and they just didn't leave. Might be that I missed something.
The game is very good though.
The game is Unity, why didn't you export it to a web build?
Also, the guy sitting on the crapper was pretty good, especially when he is shaking from trying to drop a deuce.
Thanks for trying out our game! I'm glad you had fun with it!
We've made quite a few changes to the family AI during development, and to be honest it was hard to balance it for us, which is probably why it's kind of hard to make the family flee in the final build. It was really fun working on it though. I'm glad you like our proprietary toilet animation™ (patent pending)!
As for why we only published desktop builds rather than a web build, it was mainly just because this was our first time publishing a Unity project and the little experience we've had with Unity was limited to desktop builds. We simply didn't wanna take a chance and potentially have stuff break, so we decided to stick with them early on. Given that the vast majority of other submissions is comprised of web builds, I'll definitely target them for projects like this in the future!
