This game is so charming!! I got fired on my first playthrough because I focused too much on putting everything back lol, but then I completed it on the second go! The pixel art is very good, especially the animations!! It's also a really cool take on the limitation! Good work!! :D

Developer

Thanks!!! It took me a bit to come up with an idea that worked with the limitation, but once I did, I was really excited to bring it to life! Thanks for playing!!

great game, was really fun seeing all the sculptures and art jump around, i failed my first time cause i couldn't find out where the Zeus statue had wandered off too. love the art style and the audio! very well done!!

Developer(+1)

Hahaha- that Zeus likes to explore! Thanks for playing!!! :D

Super charming! I really like the art, and the little hops the art pieces take.

Developer

Thank youuu!! The second I got the movement working with those little hops I got so excited! It really brings them to life in such a silly way hehe-

Yay, I'm not fired! Haha, I loved being able to pick up an entire T-Rex display and carry it over my head XD. This game was a lot of fun! The first time I saw Munch's The Scream jumping around, it caught me completely off guard lol. I thought the audio and visual cues were really well done too. It was always clear what needed to be done and where things belonged, so I never felt lost or confused. The art was really charming, and I especially loved the little eyes on the paintings as you carried them around. Such a fun take on the limitation, and really well executed. Great job!

Developer

Thanks so much!!! You may be a little guy in this game, but you are very strong hahaha- And seeing the googly eyes move around still makes me giggle. Thanks for playing!

The sprites for each of the art pieces were super charming and the implementation of the jam's themes was really well done! The gameplay itself was a lot of fun and it was pretty engaging to try and gather up all the museum residents before the time ran out. Fantastic work!

Developer

Thanks so much!! The art was so fun to draw! :D

I missed a cobweb and got fired D: But this was really fun!! The sprite work is wonderful and the auditory and visual feedback are very intuitive. It’s a huge QoL feature to have the exclaim icon whenever a painting or statue goes out of place. I like the sounds they make as they walk around too. Amazing game!!

Developer

Alas, not cut out for the museum guard life :( Thanks for playing! Glad to hear my efforts to make the game make sense worked out!

What a cute and charming game! It really reminds me of night at the museum (like the movie)

The gameplay was nice and straight forward and the sprite work is fantastic. Sound design was on point and the limitation really fit the theme perfectly. It's a really charming game.

Really well done, great submission!

Developer

Yayay thank you!!! Big shout out to the Night at the Museum movies for the inspiration (and for keeping me awake as they played in the background while I drew a bunch of sprites haha).

You absolutely knocked the difficulty of this game out of the park! The art was amazing, the sound design was awesome, and it was a really fun game. Excellent work!

Developer

So glad to hear this! It was really interesting to tweak all the settings during development to try and get a good balance of difficulty.

I thought it was really challenging, but really fun! The limitation fit perfectly, I beat it on my 5th try!

Developer

Thanks so much! Great dedication, I'm glad to hear you were able to beat it! :D

I really like this submission!! NGL, I thought it was gonna be spooky when I heard them moving off my screen (although that got quickly remedied when I saw how bouncy they move haha). Also, your sprite-work is fantastic, and now I feel like I have to rewatch Night At The Museum ^^

Developer(+1)

Thanks so much!!! My favorite sprites to draw were all the paintings. And the dinosaur sprite took so long (i watched like 2 night at the museum movies while drawing that one dino lol).

Submitted(+1)

Thats gotta be like method-acting but for artistry! You should be really proud! I'd 100%% buy that pixel dino if it was a sticker!

Developer

Hahaha exactlyyy! You're so kind tysm!
