It seems some actions are more powerful than others, so I will balance all of that. I noticed that while I was playing. "Rough diamond" gives you a +7 potential, so in a long career is the best option. Definitely, something I will balance.
The relationships is something I will rework. It is funny to see how you can create stories while you are playing. In 1.9.5. I will try to balance that, same with morale.
Actually, 1.9.5 it will be out in a few hours trying to fix this.
