I will check the ceiling limit, it doesn’t work like that. 
Obviously I am planning on add more leagues. Actually, MLS will be the first new league that I’m going to add, I think in 2.0.

Related to buying homes, is it ruining game experience or is it something that only adds some difficulty?

It seems some actions are more powerful than others, so I will balance all of that. I noticed that while I was playing. "Rough diamond" gives you a +7 potential, so in a long career is the best option. Definitely, something I will balance.

The relationships is something I will rework. It is funny to see how you can create stories while you are playing. In 1.9.5. I will try to balance that, same with morale.

Actually, 1.9.5 it will be out in a few hours trying to fix this.
