You are right, a touchpad can't hold RMB and click LMB at the same time. Two ways to play:
1. Settings → Controls: you can change any key. Put "Aim" on a keyboard key (for example V), then hold V and click to shoot.
2. Touch controls with a touchpad: open the game with this link:

Then the touchpad clicks work on the touch buttons: hold the GUN button to aim and shoot, and move the finger to aim. WASD still moves you.
I would like to add a real touchpad option to the settings. But the jam rules say: after the deadline, only bug fixes. A new setting is a new feature, so I can't add it now. For now, please use the link.
