Yo this game good ass hell bruh, i liked the story, writing and characters bro. I liked the interaction with the other characters. The interaction of the characters really got me hooked. I like how one of the characters is connected to the other game. That got a reaction out of me. The writing is so good and the depth of the characters. The writing got me so good that i think i will use it to learn for my own writing. In simple dimple terms. I lab it. wow so cool and so comforting and pleasing.
This was such a Beautiful game in all aspects the gameplay, the music, the pacing, the Pies (now I really wanna eat a pie) but the story and the art was Phenomenal!!
I loved every character in it, and the way the limitation is plays into it is really clever and graciously done
This game will really stick to me for a long while not just because the game was wonderful but also as a inspiration, thank you for making this game.
Stunning art, writing, and overall presentation of the game. The guardrails on the baking made it easy to understand what I needed to do after the 1st pie, so I heavily appreciate that. Two weeks making all of this is insane work, major props to the team!

Holy... phenomenal art! The story is so cute and the polish on the game is really good! It really feels like something I would have bought and played myself. Multi-tasking was quite fun to do and I really enjoyed baking pies.
My only complaint is that the bin icon doesn't really look like a bin? I threw away my first pie when packaging it cause I thought I was supposed to drag it there haha. I also encountered a bug where the huge pot sticks to the cursor and wouldn't leave if you change scenes.
But overall it's seriously such a great game with a cute but sad story. I really enjoyed it.

HAHAHA i was wondering if there was gonna be someone who accidentally threw their finished pie away at the boxing station im so sorry for your pie 😭 thank you for catching the pot bug too! we’ll def note these down for if we make an update to the game after the jam

Really sweet game with the limitation tying into the story so well! I liked how it explored the idea of things changing rather than taking the literal approach. The art was nothing short of amazing, and the animations really brought everything to life. The cooking mechanics were pretty satisfying too. I liked all the little steps involved in making the pies, and something about boxing them up and stamping them just felt so good, lol. The music and sfx were all on point as well, adding a lot to the cozy atmosphere. The story had some genuinely touching moments as well. Nice jam game!

Holy Eloise jumpscare. Gorgeous art, wonderful story. I LOVE this interpretation of the limitation, very creative. Only note is that the minigame took a minute to work out. I didn't realize the oven had a timer at first and my pie burned (I went to make another pie while it was baking). I spent several minutes trying to figure out how to move the burnt pie over to the boxing area. Fantastic job as always!

Ahhh, the oven thing I feel like I should've probably given a audio cue to that its burning. We couldn't user test it a lot so we went with our guts with a lot of things, i'm sorry for the confusion it made!! otherwise, i'm really glad you enjoyed the game!! yippe!
Woah, so much beautiful art and characters and a fantastic story, a game hasn't made me wanna step away from my pc and bake a pie as much as this has. When I first opened the recipe book I literally thought, dang that's a tasty looking pie. Great length animations and art and the extra touch of having to put them on a cooling rack and box them with a little stamp 😭 amazing stuff to get all of this done in just 2 weeks. Really cool

Wow what a fantastic game! Art, music, and story are stunning and so heartwarming! I would love to play a full-length version of this if you were to expand on it post-jam and very impressive for 14 days (:
I did struggle a bit at the beginning to figure out the controls - specifically with the notebook i kept clicking on the "finish" button or trying to click on the notepad to close out of it, then with "finishing" the order i kept clicking on the boxes and stamp not realizing I needed to drag it LOL. That might be more of a user issue tbh but otherwise I loved all of the features added in to create the recipes and not have to "redo" if you mess up the mixing part! I agree w/ others on the multitasking ability being nice where you can prep multiple things while you're waiting - beautifully done game!

Ah, I understand your frustration :')) The finish button can be misleading, and the drag thing too. We might make QOL changes later, if needed. But yes, thank you again!

Wow, I am stunned. The story and art are so beautiful, and the gameplay for the baking segment is so satisfying. I love having the freedom to multitask - for example, mixing ingredients for the next pie while one is in the oven, or boxing pies all at once at the end of the day versus one-by-one. As the composer of my own team, I also felt the music choices and SFX for each scene were quite appropriate! I am so glad I played this! Congratulations to the team on a fantastic game jam submission and beautiful work of art!

HAHAHA so stoked to see someone take advantage of the multitasking aspect as someone who loves multitasking in games even in places i shldnt be!! when my co-dev was watching me playtest the game, they were like “isnt this supposed to be a cozy relaxing game” cus i was fighting for my life multitasking in that kitchen LOL
