Not sure whether I'm understanding you correctly, but if you follow this mod's advice from the start of the game all the way to the end, you're guaranteed to stay on every girl's path, including Luna.
If you start using the mod during an ongoing playthrough, it depends. The mod can't retroactively fix mistakes you made in the past. You may have to load an earlier save or start over completely.
