I have no idea why you used AI for the image of the itch.io site (would like to know why). Otherwise for me personaly, not so much of a game; lacks basic gameplay loop, camera really jitters and is anoying, controls are funny because left and right are acting "normal" but up and down are inverted for some reason., you cant see anything because, well there is the rocket? Also you didnt even make the assets (it would be okay if the rest of the game would be idk good? finished?), that for me is just not good game development. Sorry but I cant give it a good rating. Better luck next time.
Three days was a very tight timeframe to develop what I had envisioned. I only came up with the game concept on the day the theme was revealed, and I had no prior project to serve as a foundation, so I had to stick with my original idea and try to see it through to completion. My goal was simply to deliver something—not necessarily to create something awsome.
about the AI image, On the day of the submission—since it was my first time on the site and I didn't know how the process worked—I spent until the very last minute tweaking the game, and I barely managed to get it posted. I even had GPT generate an image in the final seconds just so there would be an image to include.
the controls are really bad;
and i think you should use less asset and try to make an unique art style (low poly, thick outlines, pixelated texture, etc.);
i have a new game that i will post soon, hopefully you can tell me what you think about the new one too. But im realy fan of 3d games, and i realy want to try a full low poly rogue like soon
The camera angle wasn't very appealing, to be honest. The music was also a bit too loud for me, but the concept is good. It's clearly much better than my first three games :D
