The tide canoe. The river tide peaks about every 80 seconds. After you’ve served a few customers, a canoe docks at the jetty at high tide with a bigger order and waits about 40 seconds. The trick is to stock the stall before high tide, so you can fill the canoe in time. There is also a daily job for it.

The chain trick. If you drop 3 or more of the same item at one station in one go, you get a bonus that grows with each item (up to +16 at 10).
