I enjoyed what I played of this one. It's visually cute and I like the vibe of it. The voice acting and character sound effects are charming. It has a good gameplay premise. I did find myself wanting a larger tool to clean the gravestones with lol. This has a lot of potential as a concept overall.
This is such a beautiful game, I really enjoyed playing it. Love the way you guys honor your pets in this game. The artstyle is just so gorgeous with the combination of 3d environment and 2d sprites.
The gameplay is very simple and cozy, the concept of vampires outliving their families and pets. It reflects in real life that we outlive our pets too, which is a very sad but also beautiful part of life.
However, if I was to be honest, the game wasnt quite relaxing when the player has to clean 99% of the gravestone, you should make it about 85% so players dont have to find which detail they miss, or maybe add an upgrade to clean wider area.
Overall, this game is incredibly deep and touching, very aethestic
Thank you so much for playing and for your feedback! Totally hear you about the amount you need to clean to clear the grave. We didn't have enough time to really dial in what felt comfy, and the detection is also a little wonky, so we will definitely make some tweaks if we do a post jam update.
This gives proper cozy spooky vibes, love it! The dialogue was entertaining and the character design was really cool. What a lovely idea to make a game inspired by the teams pets - I nearly shed a tear at the intro screen :') it was cool when the ghosts would show up after cleaning a grave too.
If I was to give any points for improvement, I think the amount of dirt you have to clean off each gravestone should be slightly less. Sometimes I'd miss some really small bits of dirt that I couldn't find. Maybe make it so at about 80% cleanliness, the gravestone is considered clean? Other than that, great entry! Well done
A beautiful game entry. I especially liked the exchange between the characters and the sounds they made. It was sad and uplifing, even though we're talking about vampires here. It's a gem for sure.
I really enjoyed it! Unfortunately, I had to stop playing because my hand started cramping up. I can definitely see this concept turning into a great full-fledged game with a more fleshed-out story, more locations, and a few quests.

Sweet game. It really makes you think about how short our pets' lives are. I have an elderly cat myself, and I don't know how I'm going to handle it when the time comes.
