A midnight shift at an overtime job is a great, relatable setup for horror, since being alone at work late at night is already a little unsettling. Players are praising the workplace atmosphere and the way the final night builds, which is a lovely sign for a jam entry. Shipping it for both Windows and Linux builds in Godot is great work, so congratulations! If you have a spare few minutes, I would love for you to try my entry, Last Sweep.

Very cool game! I love how alive and vibrant the workplace felt. The last day was very spooky and had a different but also very well executed atmosphere. Couple of points I think could need some improvement:

  • More player guidance. It’s a bit difficult to understand what to do exactly and when, at all times. Maybe have a current quest goal in the UI.
  • While just running to every interactable works fine, I think it’s always better to have some manual interaction. It just results in a better feel to the player, actually clicking on something and not just walking towards it. Nevertheless great game!

Love the feel to the level, especially going into the last night of the shift. And the giant creepy eyeballs staring at you behind the boards lol, I was also expecting a few more things to happen during the final night, but the build up and expectation made it scary on its own! Cool art style and the sfx were well placed. Maybe could have been fun to add a small mini game to fixing the breakers ? as that was the main task. Overall well executed!

Neat game!

The atmosphere was really well done, and things got really creepy near the end! I kept expecting something scary to happen throughout the final night. I just wish there had been some kind of payoff for that buildup at the very end.

Overall, though, this was a great entry!

Good work!

Not bad! The aesthetics fit and are creepy in their own right. The empty rooms make you wonder if something bad is going on.
