A small note to the saving on windows: It only saves the saves you save on that device under appdata. If you transfer save files from one pc to another, open the game, and save the save you are currently playing, it will only save that one save, the rest you transfered won't be saved to appdata. So if you don't want to lose the other saves you made on another devices, make sure to back them up.
