Silly in a good way and pretty enjoyable! I feel like all the mechanics work well, though I think the behaviors make some of the tools feel unnecessary, since you can check with the stethoscope and tuna without needing to X-ray pretty consistently (unless I'm missing something), so some of the kit isn't as useful. It is a pretty entertaining gameplay loop, though, and I had a good time with it.
