Hello,

Me and some friends are hosting a game jam here on itch.io and I wonder if there is a way to disable email pings each time someone joins it.

At the moment there is no way to disable these emails specifically. They are part of our notifications system. If you view your notifications on the website then you will not get emailed about it. In the future we’ll probably add some more controls for notifications & emails, but no immediate plans right now.

Thank you for clarifying and thanks for an amazing website! :D

Hello 5 years later. This is now possible, you can find the setting here: /user/settings/email-notifications

Valve Time has been replaced with Itch time

Hello, I'm glad you've fixed that feature. Now can you follow through on this promise from 4 years ago?

"We'll be adding some more granular control for these types of bundles,"

/t/1856548/how-do-i-turn-off-email-notifications-for-games-i-have...

Followed with

/t/2907077/how-to-stop-emails-from-games-purchased-in-a-bundle

And perhaps a dozen other posts about the subject since.

I'm subscribed to a large number of projects that I'm receiving unwanted emails from. I can't unsubscribe from a project until I have received at least one email from it. None of the account settings allow me to turn off these emails. The list of projects I'm subscribed to is not visable anywhere I can find. The list of projects I'm unsubscribed from is not visable anywhere I can find.

Thank you for staying active leafo.

We made tons of changed to accessing big bundles over the years to make the access much more seamless: /updates/itch-app-bundle-support-launch-args-and-more

Did you run some third-party script to manipulate your account? That's the most common issue we see now, is someone ran a script. If you want we can reset your account for bundle purchases. Just tell me.
