The vibes were neat but I kept waiting for something to happen. This started out as cool tension but then turned to confusion when I got to the base an nothing had happened. I kind of hoped I'd hear another set of footsteps or turn around and realize something was following me. The mouse controls were a little too sensitive, which made turning really tough sometimes. I liked the voice acting!

Developer

Yeah I maybe didn't put enough monsters. They only really show up if you get lost. I'll keep in mind about the mouse controls for the future.

Loved the synchro, really helped the game. The level was a little bit empty

This is such a cool game!! I love the use of sound. My only issue was my cursor kept leaving the game in browser which made controlling camera hard, maybe if you enabled fullscreen (itch offers a checkbox to do that which might do the trick) it might help!

I like the guy on the radio guiding you! it made it pretty suspensful! Second play around I kept heading east in defiance and they got me ):

Developer

Thanks for playing. I hope the spooky monster audio was effective.

I liked the mechanics of using the compass and the radio to get to lights and eventually make it the exit. The heartbeat was a little repetitive. Also I did not see any monster or anything scary? Additionally, I wish I could hold shift to run instead of running being a toggle. Other than that it had a cool atmosphere. A lot could be done with this premise.

Thanks for playing. There's some monsters but I put very few of them cause we ran out of time of making them more interesting. they're mostly an audible thing You don't see them, you hear them and have to run away. I prefer toggle run cause I got wrist issues but I could see how that's annoying for some, I'll make it a setting next time.

Hmm the fact that you have to hold down MB1 to turn is odd mechanic and the heartbeat sound is honestly quite annoying. i would get rid of it. Also I'm wondering if I missed anything. I got to the house and the game just ended.

that's weird. I think your game must have glitched and not captured your mouse cause you're not supposed to have to hold down the mouse button. Thanks for playing though.
