This is great! I love the visuals and the audio really adds to the experience. I enjoy the juxtaposition of a little spaceship against a giant dragon. I personally don't enjoy bullet hells as much since I'm really bad at them but it was really cool. The color scheme worked great and some of the afterimages on the attacks added to the atmosphere, it really makes you feel like a little guy against impossible odds!

great game but it feels really unfair, especially the purple attack. love the song cover

Developer

Thanks! Yeah purple attack is kinda OP (it never hits the bottom right corner though...)

The visuals are insane!! I also really liked the music. Keep it up!

Thank you so much!

I really like your visuals for this game, but I think that the dragon has too much HP since there is one attack that is usually impossible to dodge..  Also the song you have in the background is so familiar, but I can't quite remember its name.

Developer

Thanks for the feedback! We made the game intentionally hard to highlight how small the ship is, but it's possible to 100% with 30 minutes practice or smth.

this is a cool game; it has a pleasing visual style and gameplay, and it definitely deserves special attention in this jam. the only thing I could nitpick is that I didn’t quite grasp the interpretation of the theme. thanks!

Tysm for the review! Regarding the theme, we made the player much weaker than the boss to portray a sense of inferiority. PS what was ur username?
