The atmosphere and the 3D modeling are truly extraordinary—wishing you every success.

it's a very pretty game! I wonder if there's a monster or smth, because for me it was chill - spend quite some time to understand the controls and then got blocked I guess at the moment after I pinned the 2nd bell nothing happened.

I like the idea, are you planning to release it on Steam? imo with a bit more content/improvements it can turn out as a great full game!

Developer(+1)

thanks a lot! :) the atmosphere was actually my main focus when making this game. I wanted it to feel a bit unsettling even when nothing scary was happening. So Im glad you liked how it looks!

I honestly think the game turned out pretty close to what I wanted. There were still some things I wanted to add and a few parts I wanted to polish more. Especially making the controls and progression a bit clearer. Sadly I just ran out of time before the deadline

And yeah theres definitely more to the game than just the peaceful part haha. About Steam... Id actually love to turn this into something bigger someday. With more content and a bit more polish I think it could be really cool.                                                                                                              thanks again for playing and for the feedback! :)

yep, great job! I just honestly think the idea is promising to be turned into a full game.

e.g. there's the Choo Choo Charles game and Firewatch, so yours kinda mixes them, and ofc with more stuff happening in the game it can be really a full experience!

Wow, man. Just wow! The first full score i gave in this jam.
For some people the instruction maybe unclear. But that is the part of the charm, i think.
Polish : No doubt this is the most polished one, i can hear the sound of grass blown by wind surround me.
Graphic : Top notch and it is performant too. If you can, maybe change the ghost model with a better one.
The detail of the level, there is so many book you can open and read.
I love this game! Wonder if they will make more since it is just one chapter, where are others?
Perfect game!

damn thank you so much 😭 full score means a lot

Im really glad you noticed the small stuff too like the wind audio and all the books. I spent way too much time adding little details that most people probably wont even open lol

And yeah the ghost could definitely look better. Thats one of the things Id change if I keep working on it                                                                               About the chapters... I called it chapter one because I wanted it to feel like this is only the beginning of something bigger. Maybe there will be more 👀

seriously thanks for playing and for such a nice comment :)

The setting is beautiful The only issue I had was that it felt a little overwhelming

The setup on your page is so atmospheric: a lone signalman in a 1977 branch-line signal box, a telephone voice for company, and a bell ringing from somewhere that's supposed to be closed. Tying the box to your character's father and the old tunnel disaster gives it real emotional weight, and a signal-box job is a really fresh setting for horror.

If you get a spare ten minutes, I'd love for you to try my jam entry, Forever. It's a sweet-talking dating app that's a little too attentive (headphones recommended!). An honest rating would mean the world to me!

thanks a lot :) really glad the setting and the story behind the signal box came through. I wanted it to feel like theres something personal behind all the creepy stuff and not just random horror.

Ill check out Forever too when I get some time. The idea sounds pretty interesting
