Got a bit confused at first because for me Q was the attack not A.

But other then that it is a really well made game. Good job.

Holy creepy cave batman! The atmosphere is great and incredibly creepy. Nice work with that.

I always appreciate having a volume slider that is not set to 100% by default, so thank you for that.

Super picky but a way to rebind the controls would be super helpful / the default control setup required arrow keys + keyboard keys + mouse to click which was a bit awkward for me.

Thanks for sharing your game.

I interpreted “The Other Side” as a journey through a dark, dangerous world toward a hidden, brighter side where you can finally find safety and survive. The spider silk and the environment connect these two sides. Thanks a lot for playing and for the detailed feedback!

I like the player character art a lot.  Very effective in conveying motion with few pixels.  I liked the atmosphere and aesthetic.  I didn't care for the way the silk ladders worked.  I would prefer a mario style latch on experience.  I was frequently falling off them when I didn't mean to and also bonking my head on the ceiling.  Perhaps jump off ladders and a more horizontal height?  that's what I was expecting at first.  The spiders aesthetically felt out of place.  Might want to drop an arachnophobia warning as well XD.

Again the atmosphere was so good and the overall feel is great.  The player mechanics need to be tightened and the world should fit a bit better to their move set but overall this feels like a great setup for a game!  Q is a kinda random choice for attack, I had to mash my keyboard to find that out.  Also curious how you interpreted the theme?  Thanks for making and sharing!!!

i like it. Variable jump height would have been nice but the game looks good and has a great atmosphere! How did you interpret the theme?

This is super creepy.

I had a to try a few times, because I kept thinking I was soft-locked, not realizing that Q was the button for the weapon to get through the cobwebs.

Don't know if that thing at the top of the screen was an enemy I am supposed to fight, it creeped me out enough that I had to quit the game immediately, great job.
