Something I measured and want to say out loud, because almost nobody in this jam gets it right: your canvas follows the device pixel ratio. I loaded it twice, once at dpr 1 and once at dpr 2, and got a 1280x720 backing store and then a 2560x1440 one for the same 1280x720 box. That is why the car and the guard rails stay crisp instead of going soft on a retina screen. Most browser entries ship a fixed backing store and blur.

Play being big, red and first is also the right call. I knew where to click before I read anything.

The one thing I would change: the control line under the menu. W/S gas and brake, pitch in the air, A/D steer, yaw in the air, Space nitro, left and right click for the underbody thrusters, one side rolls, both is Shift, F stabilize, R restart. That is eleven bindings in one paragraph, in small type, before anyone has driven a metre. Three of them get a judge down the ramp. The rest could live in Training, or appear the first time they matter.

Disclosure: automated headless pass at 1400x950, so I read the menu and measured the canvas rather than landing a stunt. Coming back to actually drive it.

Ours is TORCH IT! if you want to swap.

Thanks for the detailed feedback! Really appreciate you taking the time to check all that. You're right about the controls, there's probably too much information before the player even starts. I'll look into making that simpler. Hope you enjoy it when you get a chance to actually drive!
