Hey!
I have pushed a small hotfix for this issue, which I am hoping will resolve the problem.
First, make a save file so you can continue.
If you’re playing through the web version, all you need to do is reload the page.
If you’re playing the downloadable version, you will need to download the game again.
Afterward, choose any interaction and then return to the main choice menu, either by completing the interaction normally or by selecting “Nevermind.”
Fortunately, this is nothing game-breaking, and even without the hotfix it should eventually resolve itself. So, your save files are… well safe, haha.
