Unique use of the theme! Reminds me a bit of my own game, Transfer Window (https://plinthcybernetics.itch.io/transfer-window), but that doesn't have trading (yet). Reminded also a bit of Helium Rain which is a favorite. The soundtrack got a little repetitive after a while, but overall, not a bad game. It took me a little bit to figure out. Honestly, in space sims I never really choose trader, though I know other people enjoy that career, I just like to explore and fight usually, lol. But, I played for a while and started to figure it out towards the end, but had to stop to work on other stuff. Here is a recording of my playtest:
