Hey!
I believe this issue is caused by a particular sequence of actions the player can take, which may prevent the relevant interaction from being introduced correctly.
I have uploaded a hotfix that should hopefully resolve the problem.
First, please make a new save.
If you’re playing on the web version, simply reload the page.
If you’re playing the downloadable version, you will need to download the game again.
Afterward, choose any available interaction. You can either complete it normally or select “Nevermind” if that option is available.
And that should transition you into the event.
