Music is kind of tricky when it comes to games. Personally, I have a lot of experience when it comes to making music, but very little when it comes to games. Thats one thing I have to realize when I play these games is that these are game jams and not music jams. For that reason I try my best to not be very critical of music/sound since most of the time its an afterthought, which is fine.

I had a feeling that the music was not very representative of the environment but I didnt want to comment on that because the horror genre is really difficult for composing. Just due to the fact that most of the time, a song doesnt really fit at all. Being a composer I would want to make a song for the game and not just a low drone which i thought may have applied to your scenario.

Music in games is very subjective as well as the fact that it requires context. Alot of the times if you hear game music outside of games it might not be very enjoyable to listen to but having it in the game heavily enhances the experience. Theres a good bit I could probably say about your tracks (especially if I were to be super nitpicky), but I feel it would be unfair to do so based on the fact that they werent made for the game specifically, and that if you were given more time, you would have come up with something that you would be more confident in.

Otherwise, great work. We hope you are able to play and review our game as well!
