The game loop is quite good, but I got confused at first when the health was draining, as the dark parts were not very darker than the bright parts. So I think you should make the dark parts more darker. And I also think you should replace the flashlight's triangle shape into a circle shape that surrounds you on all sides. The triangle shaped light only lights one side of you, while the other sides are exposed to darkness. Otherwise the SFX and music are good.
