The 2004 messenger coming online at night is a fantastic hook, that era's PCs are pure horror fuel. Does each computer play differently, or is it the same desktop with a new owner?

Thanks! Each one plays differently. Every machine has its own OS look, era and tools: the 2004 bedroom PC has the messenger and the webcam, the 2001 family PC is a shared household computer, the 1999 one is a Y2K basement setup, and the 1998 library terminal has a working DOS prompt where you dig through catalog cards and IRC logs. The password puzzles are built around what each owner left behind (diaries, photos, playlists...), so you have to learn a new person every time. Then the last machine is your own laptop. Hope you give the demo a try!
