For a player that doesn't read changelogs or watch development and just went off what they'd see in gameplay, they'd see:

1. Two new boob items.
2. A bubblegum fetish item.
3. A blueberry+bubblegum fetish item.
4. The boombox for more music variety.
5. Lobotomies (I'll admit I forgot to read what this does.)
6. A medkit to help make popping more convenient and speed up CW grind.
7. One boob-related "food".
8. A bunch of new characters (mixed).
9. Three new backgrounds.
10. A whole new sandbox mode.
11. A whole lot of belly creaking.
12. Bug fixes.

Realtalk, if it wasn't for the update being called "Titty Update", I'd bet you wouldn't have noticed the new boob content enough to bother making this comment.
