A really funny idea and a great angle! It’s a bit on the hard side for me, though. I think with a more immersive art style and atmosphere, this concept would have huge potential.

You're right on both points — it's too hard at the start, and the visuals are all placeholder shapes drawn in code. After the jam I'll add a practice round and a slower mode, and I'd love to give it proper art and station ambience like my self-checkout game. Thanks for the encouragement!
