Thank you so much! I really appreciate you taking the time to play and comment and yes, I’m developing NOF myself, and feedback like this helps a lot. I really like your idea about music reacting more to movement and gameplay. I'll be working on it!

I’m glad you found it fun and challenging!

Hi everyone! I've updated No One Falls, and I'd love to hear from people trying it for the first time.

It's a free first-person action game where you use two grappling hooks to cross gaps, fight enemies and bring stranded people to safety. Play alone or with up to three friends. I've been testing it with my cousin, but I'd really like to know how it feels to someone who doesn't already know the controls.

Play here: https://absolutepieck.itch.io/no-one-falls

Try it in a desktop browser or download it for Windows or Mac.

A simple first run

Choose Steve, select the first mission (Relay Reach), and set the difficulty to Easy. Follow the yellow diamond markers to find people. Get close and hold F when prompted, then bring them to the extraction point to complete the rescue. Even 10–15 minutes is enough for useful feedback; you don't need to finish a whole mission.

Keyboard and mouse controls

• W A S D: move. Mouse: look around.

• Hold Q / E: left / right grappling hook. Release to let go.

• Space: jump. Hold Space while hooked to boost.

• Double-tap Space with a movement direction: quick burst.

• Right mouse button or Left Shift: brake to slow down.

• Left mouse button: fire, swing or use your support weapon.

• 1 / 2: switch weapons. T: reload.

• F: interact; hold when the rescue prompt asks you to.

• R: your character's special ability when ready.

• Tab: inventory. Esc: release the mouse pointer.

In the browser, click inside the game before playing, and click again after switching tabs. Mouse sensitivity is in Settings. Menus and shopping do not pause the action.

Playing with a friend? Use the same game version. One person creates an online room and shares the code privately; the others join and ready up. The host starts the game and needs to keep it open.

What I'd really like to know:

• Were the hooks easy to control, or did something feel awkward?

• Was it clear how to rescue someone and where to take them?

• Could you understand enemy attacks, or did the effects make fights hard to follow?

• What made you want to keep playing—or stop?

If something breaks, please mention your device, game version, and whether you played alone, hosted or joined a friend. A short comment about one confusing moment is helpful. Thanks for giving it a try!

No One Falls 0.6.9 is out — come try a rescue run!

Two grappling hooks, a city in pieces, and civilians waiting for your crew. If you enjoy first-person movement and co-op games, I’d love for you to try the latest free early beta of No One Falls.

Play free: https://absolutepieck.itch.io/no-one-falls

Go solo or bring friends for 2–4 player online co-op. Use the dual-hook Vector Rig to swing between structures, build momentum, fight threats and bring stranded civilians home.

Since the original post, the journey has grown to TEN missions, with more demanding traversal and timed catastrophes. Version 0.6.9 adds difficulty-scaled disasters, clearer catastrophe/chest indicators, and browser-control fixes. Browser, Windows, macOS and Android now have matching 0.6.9 builds.

New here? Try the guided Tutorial with Steve, then start with Relay Reach. Experiment with responders, weapons and perks—or use the Playstyle Quiz to find a starting build.

Desktop browser play is available without downloading; use a keyboard and mouse. Browser play is experimental, and downloaded desktop builds are recommended for longer co-op runs. Everyone in a room needs the same version.

I’d love to hear: Does swinging feel satisfying? Are the catastrophe warnings easy to read? Which loadout did you enjoy? Honest bug reports are welcome too—this is an early beta, not a finished release.

Grab a friend or take your first solo run, and let me know how it goes. Thanks for playing!

— AbsolutePieck Games

Hi everyone! I’m looking for first-time player feedback on No One Falls, my first-person rescue action game with a dual-hook Vector Rig. I want to understand where the movement and combat become confusing, not just whether the game looks appealing.

Game: https://absolutepieck.itch.io/no-one-falls

A short solo test (about 10–15 minutes):

1. Open Tutorial from the main menu and try the movement/Vector Rig lessons.

2. Start the first mission and try to reach and rescue a civilian.

3. Try both equipped weapons against enemies. You do not need to finish the mission.

What I’d like to know:

• At what exact moment did you first feel lost or unsure what to press?

• Could you tell which surfaces were hookable and when a melee attack would reach?

• Did movement feel responsive, too fast, too slow, or difficult to control? Please mention your device.

• Were damage numbers and enemy attack effects readable, or did they obscure the action?

• What is the one change that would most improve your next run?

Optional co-op test: if you already have a friend available, try a room-code session. Did either player see delayed movement, frozen teammates or enemies in different positions? If it happens, please note roughly how many minutes had passed, the mode/map, and who was hosting. A longer session is optional—not required for feedback.

The public build is 0.4.54. Windows, macOS and Android ARM64 downloads are available, plus an experimental desktop-browser version. All players need the same version; keep the browser tab active during online play. Windows hardware and long-distance multiplayer testing are ongoing, so please expect beta bugs.

Disclosure: the project uses AI-assisted code and content, as disclosed on its game page.

Even one specific confusing moment is useful. Please include your version, platform and whether you played solo, hosted or joined. Thanks for helping me make the game easier to understand!

Hi everyone! I’m sharing the early beta of No One Falls, a first-person rescue action game built around a dual-hook Vector Rig.

Grapple between structures, build momentum, boost out of danger and bring stranded civilians home. You can play solo or join friends in 2–4 player online co-op using room codes across different Wi-Fi networks.

The beta includes seven rescue missions, ranged/melee/support loadouts, responder abilities, Colosseum survival, Stronghold defense, a boss fight and optional PvP. Start with the guided Tutorial if the movement is new to you.

Current release: 0.4.54. Desktop-browser play is experimental; Windows, macOS and Android ARM64 downloads are available. Everyone in an online room needs the same version. Windows hardware and long-distance multiplayer testing are still ongoing.

I’d especially appreciate feedback on three things: Is grappling easy to learn? Do weapon hits feel clear? Does your co-op session stay in sync over a longer run? Please include your device, mode and whether you hosted or joined when reporting issues.

Thanks for taking a look—rescue, fight, survive!
