Great idea and a really fun mechanic! I think this project has strong potential on mobile devices. It could also work very well as a mechanic within a larger game :)

It’s a good mechanic. To be honest, there isn’t really a complete game here yet, since it lacks a clear gameplay loop. However, you should definitely keep and develop this mechanic because it’s interesting.
Combined with character movement and exploration, it could become a very atmospheric adventure game. Alternatively, you could build a puzzle game around it.
Overall, the concept has a lot of potential :)
Fantastic game! Both jam themes are represented really well. The controls, visuals, and sound design are all excellent.
I especially loved the idea of finding your way through the darkness. The camera work and tutorial are also implemented very thoughtfully. We might even borrow some inspiration from a few of your ideas!
I’ll definitely show your game to the rest of our team!
The visual execution and overall presentation are excellent. I also really like how you combined the game itself with the design of the game page. The pixel art is very high quality, especially for a jam project.
The first thing that stood out to me was the font. It works well for buttons or elements like the clock, but not for longer text because it is very difficult to read.
I also noticed that some interface elements overlap. For example, this happens when you add logs to the stove several times in a row.
Overall, this is one of the most interesting projects I’ve seen in this jam :)
This is amazing! I’m genuinely impressed by how you managed to create such an exciting game about snails using just a single button.
The only time I felt this many emotions during the jam was while running away from ghosts in our own game! I especially want to highlight the music — it’s absolutely fantastic.
The only thing that needs some improvement is the UI, since the text at the bottom of the screen gets cut off. It would also be great to add some boosters directly onto the track.
And if you ever decide to make the gameplay more complex, simply allowing the snails to switch lanes and block each other’s path would already add a lot more depth.
Hi, fellow jam participants!
I’d love to invite you to play and rate our game. In return, I’ll play your game and leave detailed feedback both on the jam rating page and in the comments on your game page, provided they’re enabled.
Sounds like a pretty good deal to me! And honestly, we’re proud of how our game turned out. We put a lot of effort into it and genuinely hope you’ll enjoy playing it.

Seriously, you’ve created a really cool touch-typing trainer, and I strongly recommend considering a commercial release.
Making modern players type text on a keyboard is a very bold gameplay choice, although it probably won’t appeal to everyone. I didn’t quite understand how the game connects to the jam theme, but both the idea and the execution are excellent.
The graphics are absolutely top-notch!
Thank you for the detailed feedback! We’re really glad you enjoyed the game.
There couldn’t have been any technical compatibility issues with the audio, since the game was built in JavaScript and runs directly in HTML5. We simply added the sounds in a hurry right before the deadline, so they definitely need more work.
You’re absolutely right about the animations as well. If we decide to develop this prototype further, reworking them will be the first thing I tackle.
I played your game, rated and leave comment. Please, rate my game /jam/gwueble-jam-2026/rate/4815628
Thank you so much for the game! I managed to finish it, and the writing was very touching. It reminded me of the first games our team made, which were also inspired by Undertale.
I did encounter one rather frustrating bug: some dialogue lines repeat several times, which occasionally left me stuck in the dialogue window. It would be great if you could take a look at the dialogue code and fix this issue.
Thank you again for the game and for bringing back such warm memories. I’ll definitely show it to the rest of my team!
