Thanks for sticking it out with the character bug! Glad you had such a good time with it

It’s sadly an issue mainly in web builds (but can happen with the desktop build) if the game lags a bit too hard on startup causing them to break like that

I have an idea on how to patch it so it shouldn’t happen at all even in the worst cases

Thanks for recording and uploading this! It was super helpful to see the pain points

Oopsies! Looks like you’re now the first speedrunner

I think this game was a lot of fun but maybe a bit too easy?

I eventually had to manually end my run. I think some extra enemies + smaller health total would help out

Absolutely perfect in a way you wouldn't expect when seeing the thumbnails

Art and sound effects are amazingly simple while providing a really satisfying clicking experience.

I'm not really sure there is much else you could to do to improve this one, you smashed it outta the park

Can’t wait!

Oh I loved it! I hope for some extra polish and more levels after the jam is over

I think you may have awoken a new addiction to chess puzzles in me

Thank you! The two of them really did an amazing job with the art

Sadly don’t know any I could recommend but there are some great options you could purchase on itch.io or possibly reach out to them for commission

Yeah it’s a really big shame about the web build, but the good part about it is that is a lot more playable than it was about 10 hours before release. It seems to take a while (about 30 seconds to a  minute for me) but it will tend to smooth out after that, but usually with broken music sadly.

There is actually alternative controls with control and shift I believe (may have it wrong in my head). I definitely think those should have also been included in game

Haven’t heard of the dash issue before so I’d definitely say it’s a new bug, so definitely good to know

Thanks for the feedback

🤣 I now have the idea of Oliver just stuck in a little play pen as a big knight

Uh oh that's a first we have heard. An unstuck button would have been a great idea

Another great game from you!

Absolutely loved crafting my perfect setup to help Göby with totally normal plans

I really liked the way the stacking working and how you had a timer to essentially use the enemies card to setup your own plays that worked extremely wall with the dice system!

However I found a lot of my time drawing cards just ended up being cards that can't really be used to help me. Seemed like I mainly got a lot of the 'reroll dice' cards which could cause me to stalemate.

I had two ideas that I thought would be cool to see if you polish this up!
-I think the idea of the draw/discard timer being separate from the play timer could lead to a bit more of a hectic and responsive play feel but I also see it could cause some issues with the 'cost' of playing cards when you're drawing

-Also had the idea that maybe starting out hands with just a few cards could help get things rolling at the start of a match

All around I really enjoyed this one and most of the art just being stock photos warmed my heart. Just a certain charm to it

Neat idea! Had some issues where I couldn't get past the enemies in the bigger because they would suddenly turn around while off screen and just run into so I sadly wasn't able to let him enjoy his dream :(

Was pretty fun! I liked the car controller a lot, very slidely and controllable with a keyboard

A neat one! Definitely think the achievement system was an achievement to get implemented in that time (I'm so funny right)

Playing through was not something I would have expected but I'm happy I did. It was clearly a very personal story but not just for yourself. It definitely had me thinking about my personal relationships as well and how sad the idea of it being over is

Thank you for including the subtitles to share this, I'm sure it was a pain

I like the risk and reward of going deeper with more loot

Something that caught me off guard was the different kinds of loot taking different inventory space but I definitely think it was a good choice!

Love the art and took a little bit to pickup what was needed but ends up being a pretty enjoy rhythm game once it kicks in for you

I think my biggest thing would just be moving all the keys next to each other as the W, R and Space combo is a bit confusing

Really quick and simple to pickup and play for a bit

I think a bit of bg music would have really pushed it!

Unique art style with some wario ware style games!

Really nice combination

Thank you! That’s incredibly nice of you

All around a fun one!
However I think it was bugged for me?

The left monitor made me seem to lose hair which I thought was the minigame

I think this was a really neat idea but I had an issue with getting on time with the beat and hitting the notes

I think it'd be big if you moved even if it was off beat (obviously not getting points) because when you get desynced it's hard to get back on track

Fun idea! I really like bringing in the mario mini game but as a full on game and woulda loved to see it more fleshed out

Hope you decide to work on it after the jam to finish it up

Fun little idea but ends up getting pretty repetitive

I do really love the art style though!

Great start when learning godot!
Easy next place to would be adding some sounds

Absolutely incredible, if there is a steam release I'll be sure to get a copy

Very very cozy, I liked the art a lot!

Keep on making and you could definitely make a finished version

Very much reminded me of the password game, very fun to puzzle out my list

Thank you!
Thanks what I was telling my family... now time to get another

Small and simple game but the atmosphere really did genuinely stress me out (in a good way)

The seek being unseeable (I didn't get caught and I'm a little too scared to so idk if you can see it) and directional auditorialy (I don't even know if I just wrote a work) + static spooked me a good bit

I think adding some smaller polish details could make it even more spooky (The hides playing some sounds when you find them, etc.)

Seems like a really unique idea but by the end I adopted what I swear to be 30 cats at least.
I'm not crazy right?

Thank you!

I definitely think a more polished version could go either way

Have some more mechanics adhere to the timer (Like platforming obstacles or enemies only being active on certain beats)

Or like you mentioned removing the beat all together and just going full on puzzles

I absolutely zoned out and got sucked in taking up 30-45 minutes and I don't regret it

Only issue I had is that the window is forced to scale to your monitor the random game feed/bar on the top caused the window to clip :(

Sounds great!

I'll keep a look out for it

T he art and game idea is incredible. I absolutely love all the feedback and the little joystick hands on the side of the screen are infinitely adorable!

I played for around 20-30 minutes and my time melted away but I was very frequently having issues where falling or moving around I would just accidentally mine a bomb leading to it sometimes feeling a bit unfair. I am not sure  how to improve that

Was a good and simple time with some puzzles you have to make quick decisions on

My real question is where are they getting all these balls and how does she keep falling out all of the planes, seems like the mores unluckiest lucky professional skydiver
