thanks ❤️

the last time I rated this was my brother using my account

I have now also played the game myself. It has been multiple hours HELPPPPP

loved it!!!!!!

game too fun. -1000000 stars :3

loved the game

I don't really play puzzle games, but the time mechanic was super cool and loved figuring out the levers

the tone was good considering the time limit <3

The game was good, but it needs to have some clearer way to damage the boss because I couldn't figure it out.

It is very similar to 20 minutes till dawn. The art is great but it could have been imported at a higher quality. The player is also a little slow. Great game though keep it up.

The fih was really funny but the game was a bit confusing at first. Once I got the hang of it it was very enjoyable. Good job :D

It is a neat concept and the art is super cute, however it kinda just seems like a guessing game and the gameplay loop is not very fun. Music and art are really great tho :D

Its a little simple, but the game is cute and the music slaps.

Good to hear. What was your favorite AND least favorite thing about the game? did you complete the game?

Also I believe you are the first to notice the inspiration for the story lol

The music was fun. Cool game!

New York Battle Royale

"Me trying to find the person who asked" type gameplay

Cool game!

cool game

I appreciate the feedback!

i appreciate the feedback. I was glad that the jam let me try the spell system that I wanted to make. I agree that in practice it is cumbersome, but at least we tried.

Did the guy from subway surfers go to hell?

I enjoyed this one. It reminded me of That's Not My Neighbor. I liked my coworker in the game. He was silly. I didn't really enjoy how blank the desk was but it was an overall good game.

This one was more enjoyable than I thought it would be. It reminds m a ton of That's Not My Neighbor.

w game.

The dev should buy some ice cream and take a nap.

my favorite part is the art and concept

I wish there was variety in enemy behavior.

I agree. At the moment, I am working on the boss fights and music, but saving progress is something that will be saved for the Steam release to prevent piracy.

(1 edit)

Good morning.

I am making a 2D coop platformer called Lightfall, where you and a friend play as 2 explorers who are escaping procedurally-generated cave.

I need an artist to draw the sprite sheets for the 2 main characters in vector art.

To contact me, my discord is   saltinecracker4769, where we can discuss further details and pay.

Below are the specifications and reference material I am able to provide. If you are interested or have questions, contact me.

I had my little brother draw a sketch of the 2 characters for reference.

Although my brother drew them with arms attached, I am actually going to have the hands and arms detached, like in Enter the Gungeon, so                   implementing new tools and items should be easier.

Here is a guy from Enter the Gungeon for reference.

I also wish for the characters to be kinda stubby like in Gungeon, for the characters are kinda small on-screen and fits theplatformer aspect well.

As for the artstyle, I am doing a simplistic vector art theme.  I will provide screenshots of art already in the game below.

Cave Grub enemy [prototype]

Stone Tile

for the animation frames in the sprite sheet, I would like the following. To help. I drew a simple diagram.

- a walking animation that is 8 to 10 frames long

- 5 idle frames for different slopes (flat terrain, steep and mild slope in both directions)

- 1 frame for sliding on walls

-2 frames for jumping (one for going up, 1 for falling down)
