Fun idea! Gotta catch every cannabis strain 😂

Thanks for the feedback! I'm glad you enjoyed the setting. If you have a chance to drop a review, I'd really appreciate it. I haven't gotten any yet, lol :)

Great! Hope you enjoy the game. Let me know what you think :)

Sometimes I feel like a caveman; sometimes I feel like the future in human form; sometimes I just feel hungry. How about you?

Yes, it's primarily a text-based game.

Hi,

I'm Kinch. I have an MFA in screenwriting and have taught writing and storytelling for the past couple of decades. I'm just getting into producing interactive fiction, which I've wanted to do since grad school, but life kept getting in the way.

I just published the first three chapters of An Object of Unusual Value, with more chapters to come.

I love feedback and love connecting with other members of creative communities. Looking forward to getting to know more folks on Itch!

How did your crew fare?

A place to talk about An Object of Unusual Value: the crew, the jobs, the choices you regret, and anything you’re wondering about.

I’d love to hear how your playthrough went.

Please put the chapter number before any spoilers and hide the details so readers coming through for the first time can find their own way.

For bugs or technical trouble, use the Bug Reports & Feedback thread.

The first three chapters of An Object of Unusual Value are live. Chapter One is free to play in your browser. Chapters Two and Three are $1.99 each, or $3.49 together. The story continues beyond these chapters, with chapter 4 coming in the next two weeks.

I’d like to hear how you get on. Who you trusted. Who you wish you hadn’t. Whether there was a choice you sat with for a while. Please mark spoilers so the next reader can come to their own trouble.

If something doesn’t work, leave a note in Bug Reports & Feedback. For purchase help, email support@farcastle.io.

And if you want to help the game find its readers, share your card at the end of a chapter. A small thing, but it helps.

Thank you for being here at the beginning.

Please include your chapter, browser/device, what happened, and what you expected. Pleaase flag spoilers.

For direct purchase and activation problems, please email support@farcastle.io.

Reminder: do not post purchase keys publicly.
