Hi guys
I am Aman and I am new to this. I am a 3D artist and I want to join a game jam so can anyone explain me how to navigate through the website
Yo I'm Dongu the Rat. I do many things but mostly I'm known for music.
I'm making the game I always wanted to make since I was a kid. https://dongu-the-rat.itch.io/medieval-pixel-arena
If you're a fan of Kirby Air Ride: City Trials, Stick Arena or Realm of the Mad God you will love it.
It's early access. Lot's of work to do. I'll be pushing weekly updates for a while as I get the game into the state I want and likely monthly or biweekly updates from then on.

Hi! Everyone, I have been here a while now, but like they say, "It's never too late," so I go here by the name ataxy73, but my real name is Felix. I am far from a coder or graphic artist, just a stage technician who's also an enthusiast who found tools that permit me in my free time to bring to life ideas I have. So yeah, that's about it.
I love telling stories. Little dark, twisted fairy tales where the princess is fighting the voices in her head while Prince Charming is busy sleeping off his beer in the bathroom.
Stories where nobody really understands what's going on, myself included. But if they leave you feeling just a little uncomfortable, then I guess I'm doing something right!
So I'm giving video games a shot, even though I still have a lot to learn. And if the experience goes beyond just the game itself, even better!
Anyway, welcome to my weird little world!
Kisses! 🐸
I call my self Dickmilch which is a German word for Sourmilk.
60 is my age. Played a lot of games during my life. Still enjoy playing. Though i realize playing takes a lot time, lifetime.
No, not really regrets but a realization.
I also was curious about coding but never really got around it. Though i found a love for indie games. Lesser polished but so much more character.
Anyway, just a hello from me, late but better late then never.
Hi,
I'm Kinch. I have an MFA in screenwriting and have taught writing and storytelling for the past couple of decades. I'm just getting into producing interactive fiction, which I've wanted to do since grad school, but life kept getting in the way.
I just published the first three chapters of An Object of Unusual Value, with more chapters to come.
I love feedback and love connecting with other members of creative communities. Looking forward to getting to know more folks on Itch!
Greetings, excellent setting for a story! The first part of the city name sounds Elven. There is someone on the forum who is thoroughly captivated by Elves and has been asking for more stories with them. If An Object of Unusual Value has Elven characters or lore, then you’ll have a lifetime fan I should think. Good luck!
Hi I'm Yaku,
Currently developing Terpdex, I'm not new to the platform as visitor but I'm brand new using the platform as a indie developer.
Nice to meet you all. Can't wait to see how the Itch community is from up close. If you like to find out more I write a devlog every week (at least I try) on my website:)
If you made it to here reading, I thank you, and have wonderful day!
Hi everyone, Im Saints RS.
Discovered Itchio some 3 years ago while was researching about games community, and discovered a good place to publish and play games
I enjoyed the platform, we can find some hidden gems here, and creative games.
At the time I did my first tests in godot, and started my first game, the super slime game (a short platformer, currently 5 stages).
This year I launched the Repairman (short puzzle game)
I also have other projets still in test.
If you wanna try my games and give a feedback

Hi,
I am "nemo." I self-taught myself programming when I was about 6 or 7 yo. One of the first things I did was to try to create a videogame using BASIC at the time, but it was very slow. Recently, I started creating games based on my ideas and "remakes" (or revisits) of old games that I enjoyed when a Kid in the Atari 800XL that I had at the time.
Still do not know where this will go, but I would be really happy if you try my games and leave a comment :-)
I'm a new indie dev. Been designing software for the Big Tech. Got downsized more times than I care to mention. Decided to write a Rogue/Nethack RPG - due to my dad passing away the previous year. Been coding it and designing it every day ever since. I tried to create an FPV because he appreciated World of Warcraft, Asherons Call, Anarchy Online. And he loved top down games like Rogue and Diablo and Xcom. And we alway enjoyed a little text adventure game. So this is a hybrid game.
Its a rock opera type game, so if you like new types of music for an RPG game that you have never heard before -- I was a musician as was my dad for a large part of our early lives, so you will see some powerful tunes -- imagine a song turned from a haiku into rock music. Yeah You can easily turn off all the music and just enjoy the sound FX and fight hack and slash.
The end game turns into a tower defense. It also has options for endless replay with a sub-portal dungeon that truly is more nethack without the music universe it resides in.
I wanted to donate it for free for kids. But no one seems interested unless you are a famous indie firm. I just dont believe in spamming anyone.
I’ve been working in IT for a long time. I’m over 40, and my day job is software tester: I spend my days finding the ways things break.
Games have been my passion for as long as I can remember. For years I never had the chance to really dive into game development: there was always work, life, and “maybe later”. Now that chance is here, and I’m finally turning the ideas I’ve carried around for years into real games.
Expect future games in these genres too. Puzzles come first, and darker things are on the way.
To learn, to share my progress, and to hear what you think. As a tester I know honest feedback makes things better, so don’t hold back. 🙂
Follow along if you’d like to see where this goes. Thanks for reading!
