I found it a very interesting gameplay idea and I liked the visuals and the atmosphere.
As a point of feedback, I think it would be nice to add a bit of extra explanation for game mechanics, because Im not sure if there is a way to find out of the country is infected besides running multiple playthroughs.
But overall I really liked it and a good job!
