Alright new bug.  Wirl again. Beehive got triggered BEFORE its tile moved and the tile stayed at its pre-wirl position, but slightly offset. The game does consider the tile to have moved tho and I'm able to place a new tile over the visual of the old one. Unrelated but could you tell me how you've done the effect of the tile decoration rotating to always be in the normal direction? Are each deco all separate sprites aseembled as tiles through code?

Came back to play and new bug just dropped XD I stepped on a crossroad tile that was about to move because of the wirl but at the same time the rat got triggered and for some reason that deleted the tile I was on..? I think? Or maybe the wirl actually moved 2 times, hence why the crossroad is 2 tiles ahead. It happens so fast, idk. But I'm now in the void and I can't do anything.

Thx! Are you also gonna upload the parody of Amish Paradise? Also, could you release the lyrics? I'm not native English speaking so I'm not catching it all.

Oh well, check out my game if you want another kind of bomb waifu. XD I love watching streamers react to the third character.

Definitly one of my highest rated games. Loved the mechanics. But after 10 levels, the failure states stops being running out of tiles, and start being "don't get softlocked". You're way more likely to get tiles that just lead to dead ends or monsters that you can't trigger so you just have to restart and it's annoying. I found the rats very confusing, it didn't seem to trigger the way it's decribed. I feel like it was mostly triggering on the sides, and never in the direction it's looking. The snake is the worst. No way to avoid it. The rest is fine. I went to level 18 and then quit because of time, but I caught a bug:

I put a construction in the area of a dark swirl and went on it. The construction tile moved with the swirl but the yellow outline stayed. However, the construction effect didn't trigger. In fact, it got stuck. No next tile. No effect. Softlock.

Nice concept. I would've liked a better in-game indication of what I was doing and when I should skip or continue buying but I ended up reading the game's page in full and got it.

Sometimes there's a bug with the power score. But not everyone seem to be getting the bug...

We wanted to not get too difficult so everyone could reach the end. Still, most people find it hard. It's funny than 1 in 10 reviews says the exact opposite of the rest.

Bomberful, recommended by 9 dentists out of 10

The wizard started attacking me while he was talking about the tutorial and I don't think that was supposed to happen ^^' They killed me before they finished the tuto.

Thanks for the feedback!

Small and polished. Aiming is a bit hard tho, it would've been easier with the mouse.

I must be missing something 'cause I feel like as soon as you got some doom, there's nothing you can do because death arrives too fast. Maybe there's a mechanic to push back death that I'm not getting, except the major arcana. The rest of the mechanics are pretty cool tho.

I didn't understand what to do for the first.

Pretty funny. I have no idea what are the win/lose conditions tho. I just clicked all the words that seemed fine. Idk if there's an intended way to play. The art and sounds complement well the vibe too.

Didn't understand the first minigame but the rest was nice. Hope you'll join more jams!

Yay I won. Very cool. As the artist of my team, I clicked because of the cool chara design. The dialogs and personnalities didn't disappoint either. [/tornado][/pulse]

Had no bug while playing. This game having less than 10 ratings is so, well, underrated. I sent more people your way.

Nice concept. I see people have already mentioned about the art and I won't beat the horse (it's fine, my game has also a big dead horse continuously getting beaten ^^'). I'd like to add dragging to the green area wasn't always working. I had to retry multiple times to get the item selected, maybe I missed a subtility. The visual glitches is a great idea tho, with clearer base art, it would be just the right amount of challenge.

I'd be curious about your approach to balancing. Like many card/reach score games, I feel like at some point the score become unattainable and I can't see any choice I could've made to my strategy that could've solve it. I see this issue in many games of its kind so I'm interested in knowing your opinion on that. Fun game tho. Great art.

Common concept but good take on it. Levels go fast, new mechanics are constantly added. No time to get bored.

I escaped the dungeon! Very fun. It gets impossibly hard to dodge at the end but I stacked up the heart upgrades so I worked it out.

Ah, a fellow game where you play as an intern.

I got stuck where you have to input the password but I had a good time reading the posters and appreciate the visuals before my doom.

High score 525. Very cool, I would play for hours if it had more diversity of requests and items, but for a jam it's great. I'm even thinking of mixing some of these mechanics and vibe with our own game.

Very cool, a bit confusing at first but so is our game. Looks like I found a game with a very very similar concept to ours XD Maybe the Bomberful company is extending its products to rockets. Feel free to check out our game if you find the time :)

This is the first blackjack game I've played that was actually fun and able to keep me playing long enough to eventually win. Great work!

I love bullethells.

I'm not good at music games ToT

Most polished game I've seen this jam. Really good "tutorial" too.

Thanks! There's actually a bug with the scoring sometimes. We found the fix during the extended deadline period but we didn't want to risk pushing it in case it broke something else ^^'

Man I just realized the songs in the game are actually made by you guys?? I know some are parodies but I thought you just got them from the internet. I only realized when I tried to look them up. You gotta release them on YouTube, I'm begging, my playlist needs them!

I was confused at first because when the cutscene plays and the meteor launches the barbarian, the game froze and was stuck. But after restarting it went better. It's an original premise. The lag makes it hard but it's common with browser games in jams. My favorite bit is letting the aliens get crushed by the falling things.

Took me a while to realize the beep beep when it shows the big number is not already part of the countdown, but the countdown starts after the progress bar (which I didn't notice) disappears. Neat concept. The items mess with your head.

Thanks for the feedback on stream! Yeah I understand when you're on stream, you're more likely to skim tutorials. Most people get it after 1 or 2 fails but I understand it can feel confusing. We had to cut a bunch of things and that made it not as smooth as we hoped.

Oh you're the one that was played on stream next to mine haha. Well having already seen the levels did not advantage me and I got an F.

Yeah I feel like I clicked but nothing happened. Maybe I clicked on the tooltip instead of the tile.

It was nice, I lvoe bullethells. Like many games in this jam, I'd say pausing the timer when you have to read upgrade descriptions would be nice.

ooooh of course. It's just that up until now, all rings where damage indicators so I didn't think of doing that

I didn't get it at first but when I understood, I really liked the idea. Somehow, you made the theme work perfectly for bullethells. On the 3rd boss tho, the big circles that count down don't indicate where the bullets are gonna shoot and I think that's needed for the concept to really work. Also, so much content!

I had a really fun time watching you! Thanks for playing!

Turns out I didn't have the time...

Praise Kier!
