Great companion to your already brilliant tutorial series!
High score: 73 (i pressed caps lock instead of left 😭)
Thanks for reporting those issues! I’ll definitely have to look into it.
Funnily enough, I have a similar GPU and the same amount of RAM. CPU Ryzen 5600x. I’ll see about playing on Linux. I believe the Godot Node for rendering is CPU-bound, so I do wonder if I need to look into how to use it properly! I’m also aware that some optimisation was thrown to the wind during the final hours of the jam, and since I’ve actually sorted some of these issues out for my main game but need to replicate it here. It’s extremely useful that they’re being called out here.
I just save a little json file in AppData or the equivalent for Linux under the folder MBF-SideQuests.
Again, thanks for playing and reporting issues! Glad you enjoy the videos :D
Good luck everyone! Here’s mine too: https://darkdax.itch.io/mbf-spin-to-win
Had fun making this but glad we get to rest now! https://darkdax.itch.io/mbf-spin-to-win
Thanks for the feedback Request! Glad you loved the intro cut scene and the overall aesthetic of the game!
Thanks for the feedback, we actually did notice 1 or 2 of those you mentioned literally before the deadline and were bummed we couldn't apply fixes in time. We're looking to maybe work on this a bit more post GamJam so we'll take your feedback with us.
Thanks so much!
