The game itself mechanically isn't anything revolutionary but I can say the story, visuals, and music really made the game stand out to me. The story hits close to home to me personally with what I can play through the game but I can't seem to play beyond memory 5. The dialogue also seems to bug out after the 4th memory or so. It's so unfortunate because I really want to finish this game but technical difficulties and the vague "physics controls" (i.e. where I'm at relative to the cards) prevents me from truly enjoying the game. It really just needs some ironing out technically speaking and I do think this is a really neat experience to play.

I do like the idea and vibe of this game, but most of the problems I encounter are technical and design oversights. The game itself takes a while for me to figure out but when it clicked it does give that sense of rush and intensity that the vibe gives out.
What I like:
- The game is quick and intense on the building side, once you figure out how the game truly works.
- I like the Flash game aesthetics all over this game, it truly feels nostalgic.
- The music and sound effects are decent choices overall.
Technical oversights:
- The game is clearly made with 16:9 in mind as the tutorial section gets cropped on 16:10, which is a common screen aspect ratio on modern laptops (and the Steam Deck, fun fact).
- The music clashes over when you reach multiple zones when I play for some reason.
Design oversights:
- The timer is on the far right and the part selection menu is on the far left. While this doesn't look like legitimate problems at first glance, considering how short you're supposed to build the rocket this feels really frustrating as a player. I personally suggest putting the timer on top and the part selection menu on the bottom, but you can always find something more appropriate if you choose to develop this further.
- Yes, the scroll wheel is there as a shortcut for selecting the parts, but hotkeys tend to work better for this type of game as you can quickly multitask between moving your mouse and pressing buttons.
Overall, it is a neat and quick game to get through, just need a tad more polish overall. Although considering it's only made in 4 days it's completely understandable. Nice work!
