The tutorial was very simple and straightforward, which helped me understand the game better Great game!
Jokes aside, It was good! It made me laugh, and get very very angry at the absolute utter incompetence of the tutorial guy. It did get repetitive at times, checkpoints would have been appreciated. Overall good game!

I'm glad you liked it! I would describe the game as a mix of FNAF and Duskers. And yeah, the earlier shifts you can easily get away with doing the bare minimum... But don't let that fool you. The transitions between menus are somewhat intentionally slow to cause stress and tension(but yeah they could be faster). I also really like those ideas, I might add them after the jam. Thanks for your feedback!
The art is great, the gameplay is superb, this is great! I love how you turned arguments into rpg fights!!! Personally I wished there were more/harder attack patterns(this is probably because I have played UNDERTALE and DELTARUNE multiple times...), but other than that this was great. Amazing Job. 5/5

Hello!!! Now that I have your attention...
You know the drill, pop your game down below, and I will rate it. Be aware I tend to be pretty critical when I rate games, because I want everyone to know what they could improve upon.
All I ask is for you to (pretty please) rate my game in return!
(edit: ok there are a lot more than I thought so soon, I am not getting to them all today...)
(But i will get to them all. I hope.)

I am a little biased because I love Pico 8, but DANG this is good! This is the closest game I have seen to adhere to the theme. The idea is simple, but executed beautifully. The game is really short, but it makes the absolute most out of it. I also really loved the ending, I thought I knew how it was going to end, but I was wrong. 5/5 stars. Best game I have seen so far.
First off the music is fantastic, really good for just a week. That's why I was kind of sad that it either was super slow, or super fast the whole time. The art style is a bit inconsistent at times(not the color palette though) but not a problem. I personally liked the psychedelic look to it.The idea was solid, but the gameplay was a bit dampened for me due to the lack of visual clarity on some things(like the turrets, enemy spawning etc.). I think there should have been more enemies in some rooms as well. Overall I loved the music, liked the art, and give it a solid 3/5. Great job!
Thank you so much for the feedback! For the cameras, here is a comment from the artist who made them:
Thank you for playing our game! For the cameras, I modeled a very rough layout of the museum in blender with perspectives of each camera. I took those perspectives and then added the finer details in Gimp after (Shut doors, # of burglars, etc.). Each picture was converted into ASCII art, put into an array, and thrown into Gamemaker. The font size also had to be halved to be readable at all. There were 120 total images to be converted into ASCII arrays. This took a while, but it was 90% of my job. Attached is one of those images not put into ASCII.
This is SOOO cool! I am so exited to see the story, all of the designs are so good! The mechanics are fun to use! I have a couple suggestions though(I understand this is a movement demo):
- Some movement options should have a buffer system, if I try to jump before hitting the ground then it starts charging a jump in the air(although I didn't notice this at all at first).
- The biggest thing for me was the camera. I personally would like it to be zoomed out more, or even better controls to do so in-game.
- The wait time between dying and respawning seems unnecessarily long.
I can't wait to see how this turns out! Definitely backing this on Kickstarter!
