Hey, good idea! I'll look into it and see how I can implement alternate cliff tiles. That sounds like a fun project for me :)
Glad you're enjoying my work!
Hey, apologies for the late reply. Here is the palette I used.
It's a very slightly modified Pico-8 colour palette (I think all I did was basically just dulled down the brown)

And here are the colour codes to match:
#000000, #1d2b53, #7e2553, #008751,
#a46422, #5f574f, #83769c, #c2c3c7,
#ffa300, #ffec27, #00e436, #29adff,
#fff1e8, #ff77a8, #ffccaa, #ff004d
As for items, do you mean like dropped items? Like potions, armors? I included a few with the Stronghold tile set I release not to long ago, but the intention there was for shop items, but they could be repurposed for dropped items. Let me know if that's what your looking for.
As for icons, I have gotten around to any yet, but it's on the list
Hey, so glad you're enjoying the Fantasy RPG series! Next I'm releasing a set individual tree sprites of varying sizes for the Fantasy RPG series. I had feedback from some that they want more individually placeable tree sprites (rather than tiled trees). It will be 28 trees in totals, (56 counting snow covered versions).
I'm always open to suggestions going forward.
You mean north and south facing? Timewise it's not difficult, I attempted the north/south versions, but in the end it was mostly a stylistic choice to limit it to side directions due to the knockdown action for north/south directions looking too ambiguous (not as clear or comprehensible). A side view of the knockdown communicates what the action is more clearly to the viewer. This could also just be due to the limits of my skills to make it look clear enough.
Hi, so glad you enjoy my art style. I'm considering my next tileset for this series and hearing what people are looking for definitely helps. This series so far has been limited to a 16 color palette, which really makes certain biomes, desert in particular, difficult to make read right. I might release a few sample images to get people's feedback. It's been a while since my last release, but next set is a Fortress Tileset (nearly finally done now).
Unfortunately I cannot take commissions at this time due to work scheduling. But when that changes I'll make an announcement.
Hi! Thank you! Ah yes, I should have clarified that in the description. Combat sets require a bigger canvas because a lot of attack animations don't fit neatly on a 16x16. I tried making them fit, but the weapon animations often needed more space. In the future I would like to design combat animations that are contained to 16x16, because I see the benefits too of keeping this on the same canvas size.
I think I see what's happen. So this one was the very first tileset I made for this series, and I guess I didn't end up drawing those 2 extra tiles. BUT I did just update this tileset with extra tree types and the pine trees there do include the missing tiles you seek. It's basically meant to replace the old trees. You already bought this tileset so its should be available for you to download.
