It's just extra content players can use if they want to. It has additional Spells and Styles they can take.

You can use Print to PDF (this a feature on anything that lets you view a PDF) on the last 2 pages to get it as a separate file.

I can't promise it'll always kept at parity with the main version but I just uploaded a version with the backgrounds removed and the white text changed to black text. (And the larger dark images removed.)
