Can you share the public game page URL and explain what happens when you try to download it, including any error messages? Which browser and device are you using? Please don’t post download keys or private links.

Can you share the public page URL where the warning appears, and say which browser and device you’re using? Are you opening the game on itch.io or embedding it on another site?
What is the project’s Pricing setting currently set to, and do you see any warnings at the top of its edit page?

Which games are affected (public links would help), what version of Windows are you on, and are you launching them through the itch app or directly from a download?

Can you share a link to the collection, if it's public, and say whether the count is different when you're signed out?

Which browser and email app are you using, and does the game's page open normally if you visit it directly on itch.io? Please share the public game page URL, rather than the link from the email.

Yes, processing is delayed on our side today. A network slowdown between our build servers and storage provider has created a backlog affecting butler pushes, including small HTML5 patches. Builds are still processing, but with delays of several hours as of this post.

The "latest build is still processing" error is expected while the previous build on that channel is queued. At this time there's no way to cancel a pending build, but it could be something worthwhile to add in the future.

Edit: The network issue seems to be resolved, so the backlog is catching up now, some larger builds might take some time but smaller games queue is mostly processed.

We've identified a processing backlog caused by a network slowdown between our build servers and storage provider. It's affecting butler pushes, including small patches. Builds are still processing, but as of this post there's a delay of several hours.

If there's an emergency and you need to get a new file up on your page, you can upload from the browser to skip butler processing entirely.

Edit: The network issue seems to be resolved, so the backlog is catching up now, some larger builds might take some time but smaller games queue is mostly processed.

By “empty gaps,” do you mean skipped rank numbers between the remaining entries, or completely blank rows in the results table?

Does this also happen with a fresh authorization code exchanged immediately, on its first attempt? Could you check that code_verifier is the original unhashed value used to generate the S256 challenge, and that redirect_uri exactly matches the authorization request? Please don't post the code, verifier, or any tokens here.

Which browser/version are you using, and could you share one widget snippet that no longer converts when pasted? That would help narrow down the change.

Which browser and device are you using, and does a verification checkbox appear anywhere near the comment form? Does this happen on every game page you try, or only one?

Are you still seeing this error? If so, what browser and operating system are you using, how large is the file, and does the upload fail immediately or after reaching 100%?

Are you running itch v26.22.0? Also, were you seeing this on v26.20.0, or did it start after updating to v26.22.0?

There was a bug in our image server after an update, but it’s been fixed. Images should be rendering normally now. Are you still seeing the lines?

Which OS and itch app version are you using? Could you share a link to one or two game pages that go blank, and check whether those same pages open in your regular browser? That should help narrow down whether it's specific to the app.
