this has great atmosphere and some very unique elements that could make it a super interesting horror game if you expand on it!! there's a lot of potential here, so you definitely should!
some ideas for improvements include: adjusting the text in-game so that its easier to read, keeping the flashlight lit up for a bit longer so players get more time between mashing right click (which will probably get uncomfy as the game progresses). i also think introducing the monkeys one at a time and/or clarifying their mechanics in-game could be beneficial in helping players finish the game!
good music and good premise! i enjoyed going around the map and destroying things. there appears to be a bug with the score popup because it says i broke 0 objects at the end of each level. also, the upgrade shop could also use some balancing since i was able to upgrade to max after one level which means players don't really get to see the work you put into the upgrade system. with some tweaks, you have a really enjoyable game on your hands!
but fr, the visuals and audio are really nice! i love the simplicity of fishing + collecting all the strange and serious fish. the modifier was a really neat addition!
this is such a charming game and including juniperdev as the protagonist is a cute touch. i love that you included a roulette feature to randomize the player's upgrades when they level up, but i also appreciate the shop screen that lets players customize their build! as other people mentioned, feedback on things like taking damage or buying items would really tie this game together :) amazing work!!
AAA level voice acting in this one. honestly crazy that you had the budget for it. and spinning, gun-consuming turtles? peak cinema. very fun and funky lil game!!
i love fanta the elephant! excellent little game and i love that you found time to make it mobile friendly :) some additions you could add are: fun background music, a hint at how you're meant to spin the wheel (probably more intuitive on mobile, but i was on desktop and wasn't sure if i had to hit spacebar or something), a win screen (or level clear screen if you decide to expand the game!!) once the player makes the wheel all a single color.
such a silly and fun game! i think the visual effect of the yarn ball shrinking as you unravel is soo neat. i also love that you guys gave the cats different behaviors bc it adds some nice depth and challenge to the game. i can't lie though the white cat is a complete menace😭 killed me multiple times before i realized i had to SPIN™ but once i got it i thought it was a very cool way to implement the game jam theme into the enemy design.
i love the art style + gloomy!! the game feels really polished both in terms of design and in the gameplay itself -- i really like the various elements that you've added to elevate the slot machine gameplay loop like the boss fight, the different items, and the various boons and hazards each slot may hold. you have sm gamedev potential!!
my one q would be: do the dice at the top do anything or are they just showing the probabilities for each slot? maybe i'm just silly but the dialogue seems to indicate that you can do more with them than just inspect them, but i could only inspect. either way, good game >:)

the way i was playing this and said WAIT, IS THAT (LEGALLY DISTINCT) ASTARION UPSTAIRS?? and then later he appeared as a legit visitor 😭😭 i love the messaging and all the little references you added to the game through each visitor!! just an iconic game for pride month
this is cinema and i can't believe you created all these animations/endings in a week?? iconic. also TYY for adding checkpoints so i could check out all the game overs without having to restart from the beginning :) it was fun seeing all the ways YOU™ fail along the way.
(my only rec is a volume slider of some sort bc the game is a bit loud (unless that's just a me issue!!))
this is a really nice chill game!! :) i love the art direction + the music and it's fun to just try and build up as much as i can with the amount of tiles given. my only rec would be giving the game an "ending" of sorts once you run out of tiles just to close the game loop and give players the opportunity to go back to the main screen or try again :)
unfortunately i have to call the fun police on you but good game!!!! i really liked the rotary phone mechanic and the decision-making element :) tbh i'm really bad at being the fun police though because i spared most of them hehe
this is such a good concept for this game jam's theme and the voice acting is an incredible touch for a game made in such a short time!! my one critique is i would like the replies you bet on to have more impact on the dialogue, since i'd expect your girlfriend to react more strongly to you saying "i don't care" to her heartfelt confessions
such a cute art style!! the alternative control options are such a nice + accessible touch, though i did also enjoy the immersion of spinning the mouse!!
i saw this on twitter yesterday and didn't realize it was for this game jam--very cool! i love love love the art style and the game loop is simplistic but very addicting at the same time?? i also enjoyed the shop feature. very good job!!
