Great suggestion! I'll try to update that in version 2 after voting ends! Thanks again for trying it out and for the feedback!

Thanks Atlas!! Yes, some work on the UI I agree is in order. You make great points. I'll note that down and might try to update some things after the jam voting ends even just for smoothing things out. Glad you were able to dig up some resources and get a feel for it! There are actually different zones out  there that you need a different torch in your backpack to access, but it's hard to get to that part from early game. Ha ha! Thanks again and best wishes!

I really liked this! Survival game and cozy vibes are stellar here -- I loved the inventory system, controls and look/feel of the game. It was a little bit hard for me to figure out how to progress, but I probably wasn't reading my journal carefully enough. I just got carried away chopping down trees. lol! Thanks for making this! It was fun to try out.

This was really great! The graphics were SUPER stellar and the idea was really cute. One thing I noticed was it said new best combo even for combos of lower numbers, after I got a higher hit. I enjoyed playing this. Thanks for submitting it!

This is an adorable game idea. Simple, but fun and effective! I thought it was actually pretty fun to play. Great with the torch theme too! Keep creating, friend!

Interesting idea! Not bad, but I would wish for more to it. Thanks for submitting this!!

I love the idea of this game! Collecting cats is adorable. I used the Knight and collected all the cats, but I had 2 bells left remaining and could never find them. I also couldn't figure out what to do to finish the game.

I love the animations! Did you really use Godot engine for it? That's amazing if so! I didn't know you could do that. *takes notes* The idea is great, and the look of the game is smooth -- you guys did great work!

Thanks for letting me know! Appreciate the thoughts!
