I'm not sure what you mean by responsive, but if you mean its ridiculously hard then yes. I only had time to make boss levels so all of the battle is very unfair because theres no normal trees to find gear in 😥. Thanks for your praise about the music that is my best skill 😁, I might drop the ost on youtube once I finish a more polished version
Thanks, yes I spent a lot of time writing the characters and trying to make it entertaining despite the limited content I had. Yeah the original idea was to have a lot of other trees to help you gear up on the way to the bosses, but I only had time to add the bosses making the game very hard to progress 😥
Yes sorry, I last minute added that shop but forgot to remove the wall that was there before doing so 😅. I am a composer usually so I guess hearing that I was allowed to experiment with the music made me avoid an accurate sound.
Thanks for your praise, yes the battles are insanely hard. I only had time to make the bosses I planned out, and never got to making all the trees where you can find gear and items to make the bosses easier. I will be coming out with an update where the bosses are a bit easier and there are many more easy spots to gear up.
Holy crap Idk if I got incredibly lucky, i was walking and accidentally pressed dig and found the treasure. I don't think I was even on an X. I of course replayed it, I was not able to find the treasure, I don't understand what to do past talking to the crew. I'm gonna try one more time. Final note: I noticed when talking to the first guy he shows an ! in pink that is not one of the 4 colors. The game is incredible though, the art music and controls are on point for gameboy style and just look really good
press z or e to pick stuff up, there arent nuts visible on the ground unless you mean the barrel, but you can dig up x marks the spots (theyre hard to see you'll see one on the way out of the first level)
Wow, this is great. Every game I play I feel like I learn something new and can get a little further. It's a bit frustrating to have to restart after 10-20+ minutes, but in the end it's a lot of fun. the art and animations are really well done. My one complaint is I want a way to murder the deer lol. (thats kind of a joke but if there was some sort of deer gun I would not complain)
Great job on this, can't wait to see and learn how to navigate new updates, as well as try and get to the boat!
