Cool game. Pretty nice concept of gathering info and exploring. I think there's another X that respect all constraints though, and the correct answer kept saying "You can't dig here" when I was on top of it (had to go a little bit below it to be able to dig).

The music is good, didn't stick into my head but didn't annoy me. It was the perfect background music that doesn't get in the way while the player tries to think and check all clues. Sound effects were pretty good. The waves crashing sound is a great touch, would never have thought doing it. The artstyle is pretty much like a game boy (better actually but still keeping the roots).

This was a fun little puzzle game! The art was great, and I had fun trying to narrow down to the right answer from the hint. My biggest uncertainty was related to positioning. When I dig, am I digging in front of me or directly on the tile I'm standing on?

Nice fun game! I do like how the palette colors somehow matches the pirate theme. 

Great graphics. It has a nice story. I really liked the puzzle aspect, fun and simple gameplay. Great job!

Really fun little game, I will have to play it again though as I’ve yet to find the treasure. How much margin of error is there with the latitude/longitude thing?

I have the map open in aseprite on the other monitor drawing lines, but think I should be drawing boxes perhaps XD that or I’m getting lat and long the wrong way despite checking twice…. can’t rule that out, I am an idiot.

Anyway, back to the game, music, art, vibes all feel real nice. Real solid execution here, well done.

It took me more than an hour to find the treasure, all because longitude and latitude are so confusing to me for absolutely no reason.  
The good thing is that I got to use the map out of frustration.

Didn’t finished it cuz my patience is crap. But the game is very polished, fun and quirky. Also pirate themed games >>> (notice the jolly roger behind my propic lmfao).

Sad for no music even in I’m not sure its skill issues on my end.

I played it on the gameboy. Excellent submission! Love that you included a printer option though I havent got one. Such a great idea though!

Holy crap Idk if I got incredibly lucky, i was walking and accidentally pressed dig and found the treasure. I don't think I was even on an X. I of course replayed it, I was not able to find the treasure, I don't understand what to do past talking to the crew. I'm gonna try one more time. Final note: I noticed when talking to the first guy he shows an ! in pink that is not one of the 4 colors. The game is incredible though, the art music and controls are on point for gameboy style and just look really good

Nice title flag, the skull as the o in cove with that hand lettering is a cut above. and putting the deduction on a printable gridded map is a proper gameboy era idea, that sort of thing used to come in the box. nice job
