Outbound mode is much more interesting as a puzzle game. The general appeal suffers from cluttered UI. There is no need to stick so much text when mechanics are so simple.

I really liked this. It's so elegant conceptually, and mechanics are really simple. It's a shame there isn't more :(

But I think it suffers from lack of depth. By adding some high-order recipes that would have required four or more reactors, you could have forced some factory optimization on the player.

I loved the visuals and the atmosphere. However, I think the controls are little bit too clunky. If you intend to make it a part of design, I would suggest adjusting other elements to compliment it. For example, cockroaches and worms/maggots??  are too low to be handled with basic horizontal shooting. Flamethrower was cool too.

Really neat! I can see that you managed to create a lot of content and I enjoyed punching things.

However, the bellman is too large and its telegraphing is not visible (if you keep your head level and get close). Also the arena kind of discourages any usage of leaning, instead encouraging hit and run tactics. I don't know if this was intended, but it doesn't match expectations given by the tutorial.

Hmm, intent-system would be a big change in design. I will consider it! Your notes on controls and complexity are duly noted.

Thanks for playing and thanks for feedback!

Yeah, controls had less though put into them. Thanks for playing and thanks for feedback! I will put tutorial on TODO-list.

Gotta say, I loved destroying cities!  There are some wonky controls and fire beam is only thing you need, but the destruction of buildings and shockwaves were really satisfying.

The game is coherent, but it requires some adjustments in design. Here are some things that damaged my enjoyment:

  1. The UI is far too cluttered (especially when compared to games like Frostpunk or Banished).
  2. I didn't encounter any resource limits. For example, at no point did I have to compare/prioritize buildings based on the resources available,
  3. The zombie threat every 400 seconds is just not forcing enough. I didn't have to consider base layout, defense composition, or timing.

The core concept is really well implemented. I managed to clear the first level, and based on that I think the game is too harsh in terms of how strong the gravity is or in terms of amount of argon gas you can use.

Visually, it is great. However, the mechanistic differences between gases were not apparent, and movement/attack did not seem to have any meaningful control.

Very fun and addicting. But, I had three major annoyances:

  1. Couldn't do a full rotation on the right edge.
  2. The merge to bottom-& left-most number was mechanistically unappealing.
  3. Very slow progression.
