yeah im realizing that some computers - even mine, can't run this game smoothly on the web

i could look into the option of downloading it
Do you want me to do that?

thankkk you!!
yeah me too, the idea is from making small projects, i can get as much experience as possible, so when its time to remake Oblivion and other games, they'll be bigger and better
ty for playing!!

I finally finished a much bigger project I've been working on non-stop since March, finally I'm done..!
This is a top-down action "RPG" card game. The mechanics are aimed to be very simple without too many complex system - cuz i just dont got time for that lol

holy- wow that was fast i just posted
Thanks!! I'm making the full version in the far future, once I'm a more experienced developer

Congrats to everyone who submitted!
Due to multiple unfortunate circumstances far beyond my control, I lost 10 days of the game jam during week 5, so I will not be participating. My project isn't presentable enough...
I'm gravely disappointed, but I still plan to publish my game in the upcoming months and will hopefully be looking for some playtesters!

And trust me, it's gonna be good.
Congrats y'all!

Sorry, thanks for the callout!

The theme was "Beneath the Surface," so I made a exploration platformer with a twist. A freakin' unexplainable twist.

All the assets, music, sounds, code, all done by myself made from scratch!

Ok,  thank you!

Can someone help me? I literally submitted my game ON TIME, but I don't see it!!

Maybe, I dont have twitter lol

Alright! My system has the same concept, just I don't know how to make the AI work properly.
Thanks though!

Yoooooo! I'm also making a game just like the Mega Man Battle Network too! But I'm stuck on the enemy movement/ai. Could you share your process behind making the enemies in your game?

Yeah, thank you for all your help first of all.

I found out that the problem is that Godot 4 runs on OpenGL 3.3 while my laptop can only run OpenGL 2.
So, my computer is just old...

But people can still play my game.

Yeah it works, here it is: https://todashi.itch.io/test?secret=4HBBmQfr9xWdAlejKEtsMmvSpp8

How do I fix the opengl problem?

EDIT: "Do I need to switch it to "Compatibility" and re-export the HTML file and then finally compress it to a ZIP?" I did that, still not working.

Do you know why my actual project won't work?

Okay, sorry for the late response... I basically decreased the amount of sprites sheets I had into one. Still having problems though.  I'm sorry I can be stupid, but could you take screen shots? I don't understand.

Do I compress this?

Inside of this?

So only 'index.html' should be in the folder uploaded to itch.io?

When I did that everything was black.

I'm still having problems.

This is where my problem comes in... My game is small, only three levels and a bossfight, my character has only three animations (I made my own sprite sheets too), only two mobs with two animations, etc... So I don't understand why it isn't working, and I can't (or don't know) how to make it smaller...

Yeah, I did that-still says too many zip files (1143 > 1000)

But I really need my game to be on browser.

My Godot project. (It contains all the files, sprites, scripts, and stuff) When I downloaded it, I just downloaded all those files.

I think so. When I made it downloadable, it just downloaded the files and I wasn't able to play it.

Hey, I'm trying to publish my first game. It's also supposed to be pretty small.

When I upload it, it says I have too many ZIP files. I deleted as much as I could and it doesn't work.

Can anyone help? I'm in a little of a rush to get this done.
