Thank you for trying the game, I havent abandoned it, I kind of abandonded Itch as they were not approving my Dev Log posts and when I asked, they were rude and didnt help so I stopped updating on here sadly. The game has had a major update in the last 12 hours and I have added some sound and music for the main menu as well as a complete overhaul of the UI.

I think there may have been a misunderstanding

I wasn't asking how long it takes to receive a reply from support. My question was specifically about how long a dev log post can remain in the "Waiting for approval" state before it is reviewed. Those seem like two different things to me. One is about support response times, while the other is about moderation of a dev log awaiting approval.

I do appreciate the explanation that approval times can vary significantly and that some posts may be held for manual review if they're flagged. That answers the question I was originally trying to ask.

Please point me to that rule as I have read them and I did not see where it mentions not to ask how long it takes to approve a post

I see a rule that states "Please do not create topics asking how long it will take for support to reply to you" but I am not asking how long it will take for support to reply to me, only how long it will take to approve a post I made

I created a post 8 days ago and every time I click on it, it just says "his page needs to be reviewed by a moderator before it can go live. It should be available shortly. Why? In order to prevent abuse sometimes we need to delay publishing a page for additional review."

How long does it usually take to get a post approved?
